Journal Policy

-        Authors must submit manuscripts by email, complete the relevant forms through the journal website, and attach a letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief requesting publication in the journal.

-        Authors must submit a written declaration, using the form available on the journal website, confirming that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration by another journal.

-        The Editorial Secretary receives all manuscripts and assigns numbers according to the date of submission.

-        The author is notified when the manuscript is received.

-        Manuscripts are submitted to the Editorial Board to determine their suitability for peer review and nominate reviewers.

-        Research papers and studies submitted to the journal are reviewed by at least two reviewers.

-        When reviewers' recommendations differ, the manuscript is referred to a third, deciding reviewer pursuant to a signed directive from the editorial leadership after consideration of the review comments.

-        The author is notified of the peer-review outcome and required revisions through a letter signed by the Editor-in-Chief.

-        Revised manuscripts must be returned through the journal's email address.

-        When a manuscript is accepted, the author receives an acceptance-for-publication letter from the Editor-in-Chief. When a manuscript is rejected, the author receives a letter of regret accompanied by the review comments.

-        The Editorial Board has the right to conduct an initial screening and determine whether a manuscript is eligible for peer review or should be rejected.

-        Upon publication, the journal sends the author confirmation that the article has been published.

-        The Managing Editor sends each author an electronic copy of the journal and an electronic offprint of the article, as well as one printed copy of the journal and two printed offprints.

-        Authors bear sole responsibility for the content of their articles. Published articles express the views of their authors and not those of the journal.

-        The journal has the right to publish accepted articles in print or electronic form without requiring further permission from the author and may authorize third parties to include its articles in various databases, with or without charge.

-        Manuscript files received by the journal will not be returned, whether published or not.
