Abstract

Given the limited number of empirical studies examining the impact of 
digital transformation in the Yemeni industrial sector, this study aimed to 
investigate the impact of digital transformation on organizational 
performance in the industrial companies of the Hayel Saeed Anam & Co, 
Group in Taiz Governorate, To achieve this objective, the study adopted a 
descriptive- analytical approach and used a questionnaire to collect data. The 
study was conducted on a random sample of employees, and the data were 
analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for 
descriptive analysis and SmartPLS for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) 
to test the study hypotheses. 
The findings revealed that the level of digital transformation practice, both 
overall and across its dimensions, was high. Likewise, the overall level of 
organizational performance and its dimensions was high, The results further 
showed that digital transformation had a statistically significant effect on 
organizational performance, More specifically, digital transformation overall, 
as well as the dimensions of digital strategy, digital infrastructure, and digital 
transformation culture, had statistically significant effects on organizational 
performance in the industrial companies of the Hayel Saeed Anam & Co, 
Group in Taiz Governorate. In contrast, digital human resource capabilities 
and digital leadership did not have statistically significant effects on 
organizational performance in the Group’s industrial companies in Taiz, 
These findings provide practical insights for decision makers in the Group to 
enhance performance efficiency by prioritizing digital infrastructure and 
digital transformation culture, while emphasizing the need to develop digital 
human resource and leadership capabilities to support digital transformation
